In today's ever changing real estate market, there are many things that we need to pay attention to when selling our homes. One important item is fire safety. When selling your home, you need to make sure that you are in compliance with all the rules and regulations that govern fire safety. For example, for your personal residence you need to make sure that you have the proper number and type of smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Are they photoelectric and or ionization?
