We don't rubber stamp our agents. They come in all ages and from all backgrounds so it is easy for you to find someone you enjoy working with. Rest assured, though, two characteristics they do have in common are the desire and the competence to do the best possible job for you, our clientele.

Brian French Real Estate goes the extra mile to meet your every real estate need. Our Customer Service Representative makes sure that every property inquiry made to our office receives prompt attention. If the listing agent is on the road and not available to answer your question, our Customer Service Representative will make sure there is a call back within 10 minutes from another agent who will make sure that no call about your home goes unanswered promptly.
Moving out of the area?
We have a Relocation Specialist who can help you connect with a Realtor in your new town.
Once you chose an agent to list with, s/he will keep you posted with feedback on viewing appointments. S/he will be there to answer questions that buyers and other Realtors might have. Your home will be provided with a "Home Book". Tailored to your home, this book answers buyers questions and provides them with a reminder of their visit to your home. Your listing gets further exposure by direct mail to your neighborhood, positioning on countless web sites sites, WCAX online just to name a few.
After you have your purchase and sale contract signed, a third member of the Brian French Real Estate customer satisfaction team comes to your support: The Brian French Real Estate Closing Department. Your documents will be faxed to your attorney. Deadlines will be monitored. And best of all, if you have questions or concerns, someone is there to either answer them or relay them to the person who can give you the help you request. You never have to feel as though you're going it alone.
And even after you close on your home, Brian French Real Estate remains at your service. Your agent is there to answer last-minute questions or future requests. All you need to do is call.
