Nate is a native Vermonter and graduate from the University of Vermont, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in political science. Nate moved to the west coast shortly after graduating, landing in Lake Tahoe, California. Here is where he began his journey in the real estate management services world. Nate worked as a  property manager  in a  fast-paced luxury vacation rental business which bolstered his communication skills, problem solving abilities and professionalism. He established wonderful rapport with all his clients, inspiring him to seriously pursue a  career in real estate. 

Nate met his wife, Maria, out west and the two enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle Lake Tahoe offered and took full advantage of the beautiful terrain. They decided to return to Vermont after having a baby boy! 

Nate continued his work as a property manager once settling back in VT with sights set on obtaining a VT real estate license. His new position focused on residential and commercial properties scattered around Chittenden county. Nate’s property knowledge and natural ability to work well with others is what allows him to stand out. You can be assured Nate will give you his best efforts as he helps guide you on one of your most exciting financial decisions.
