It was a wondeful experience working with all of you fokes during this sale. The Internet sold this home; tour online was wonderfully done. Jim Ross and Linda Murphy were excellent and I could not ahve felt anymore comfortable during negotiations. Mindy (Closing Department) was wonderful during the closing time and kept on top of everything to the end! Jim and Linda were on top of all items from teh start. You felt they did care about me and the sale.
I had a buyer in four days! The company supplied me with information about every step involved in the closing and what I needed to do to the property before hand.
